Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Anvil Made reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Confirmation email is sent on order acceptance.

Payment

Credit card payment is processed at order placement. Purchase orders (net due upon receipt of invoice) are available to account holders only. Anvil Made reserves the right to require credit card payment for orders from new or unverified buyers.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping

Returns

Stock items may be returned within 30 days, subject to 15% restocking fee and return freight (buyer-paid). Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they fail to match agreed specifications. See FAQ for full details.

Warranty

Products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the buyer where applicable. Anvil Made is not liable for application-specific performance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Anvil Made's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the goods. Anvil Made is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
