General

Why buy from Anvil Made instead of directly from the manufacturer?
Three reasons. First, we publish prices online — the entire pneumatic conveying parts category has historically required a phone call and a quote, which costs you time. Second, we drop-ship from our manufacturer partners with no markup on freight, so you're not paying us extra to handle the part. Third, we offer a single point of contact for parts from multiple manufacturers — instead of calling Progressive Products for ceramic-backed elbows and HammerTek for deflection elbows and SilverBack for tile-lined, you can buy all of them from us. We don't compete with the manufacturers; we make their parts findable and purchasable online.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for any order. For customers with accounts, we also accept purchase orders with net-due-upon-receipt terms. Larger orders can be invoiced; contact us to set up account terms. We do not currently accept ACH or wire transfers for online orders, though we can arrange for large orders. Card data is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Stock items ship from our Texas warehouse within 2 business days, then 1–5 business days transit via LTL freight, depending on destination. Made-to-order items take 28–35 business days for production, plus transit. Every product page shows the specific lead time for that SKU. For urgent needs, contact us — we can sometimes expedite production or air-freight for an additional fee.

Returns

Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping (paid by the customer). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable unless they fail to match the agreed specifications. If you're unsure about fit, contact us before ordering — we'd rather help you get the right part the first time than process a return.

Technical

Do you provide installation help?
We don't provide installation services — our products are designed to be installed by your plant maintenance team or your existing service contractor. Every product page includes specifications, dimensions, and orientation notes. For ceramic-backed elbows, the ceramic-backed side mounts on the outside radius of the turn (it's the visibly thicker face, and there's a directional arrow stamped on the casing). If you have a specific installation question, contact us — we can usually answer over chat or by email within a business day.
