Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Most orders ship from our Texas warehouse (operated by ScreenerKing). Drop-ship orders ship direct from our manufacturer partners — Progressive Products (Pittsburg, KS) for ceramic-backed elbows, and others as applicable.

Lead times

Stock items: Ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Transit 1–5 business days via LTL freight (varies by destination).

Made-to-order items: 28–35 business days production lead time, then ship. Every product page shows the specific lead time for that SKU.

Freight

Most orders ship LTL freight (less-than-truckload). Standard delivery is curbside; inside delivery and lift-gate service are available for additional fees. Small parcel ships UPS or FedEx Ground.

Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Freight is not marked up; you pay what the carrier charges us.

Insurance and damage claims

All shipments are insured. Inspect on delivery. Damaged or short shipments must be noted on the freight bill at time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours for claim processing.

International

We ship within the United States. International shipping (including Canada and Mexico) is available by special arrangement. Contact us for quotes.
