Overview
Lump breakers sit inline with your pneumatic conveying or gravity-feed system and crush agglomerated lumps down to a target particle size before downstream equipment sees them. Critical for any material that cakes, packs, or forms lumps in storage (sugar, salt, cement, dry chemicals, food powders).
Construction: two counter-rotating shafts with intermeshing breaker fingers, gear-driven from a single motor. Material is sized as it passes between the fingers. Outlet particle size is controlled by finger spacing.
