Sized from 3-inch through 8-inch nominal outer diameter, including the common flanged sizes (3.5″, 4.5″, 5.563″, 6.62″) used by major pneumatic conveying OEMs.

When to choose this
Compression couplings are the standard pipe-joining hardware for pneumatic conveying systems. Choose:
- 3-bolt for standard service (most installations).
- 4-bolt for higher pressure or more critical sealing requirements.
- White (food-grade) gasket for any food, beverage, dairy, or pharma application.
- Black gasket for general industrial.
Installation
Couplings clamp over the outside of two pipe ends (no welding required). Use the gasket to seal; torque bolts evenly in a star pattern. Replace gaskets at every disassembly. Stock spare gaskets for routine maintenance.
