Overview
Aluminum elbow bends for pneumatic conveying. Light enough for non-abrasive service (plastic pellets, grain, sugar, flour) where corrosion resistance matters more than wear life. Sized in standard pneumatic conveying outer diameters from 3 inches to 6 inches, in either 11-gauge or schedule-10 wall thickness.

When to use
Aluminum is the right material when the conveyed product is not abrasive and weight matters — running long pipe sections overhead, in a mezzanine, or where structural support is limited. For abrasive service (cement, fly ash, sand, frac sand), use ceramic-backed carbon steel instead.
